Endless Pools is owned by the same corporation that produces most of the hot tub brands we carry at The Spa and Sauna Company. They offer superior customer support, access to replacement parts, and warranty services. We have worked with this company for a long time and they have earned their place as an industry-leader, after more than 40 years in the hot tub business.

We have sold and serviced other swim spas in the past, but we have found that their customer service was severely lacking, making for a less enjoyable long-term customer experience. The Endless Pools E-Series (Fitness Systems)

The Endless Pools Fitness Systems or E-Series provides the opportunity for low-impact exercise, with features such as an optional underwater treadmill, rowing bar, and strength training equipment. It is ideal for an athlete, who wants to train at home. The E-Series offers a swim-in-place experience, that feels like swimming in open water, due to its custom-made hydraulically powered propulsion system. In addition, you will also have three comfortable jetted seats for relaxation and hydrotherapy. The E-Series is available in three different lengths, including 15 feet, 17 feet and 20 feet long. As the highest-end option, with the most elective features, and add-ons, the E-Series starts in the mid-$30,000 range and goes up from there.

The Endless Pools X-Series (SwimCross Exercise Systems)

The Endless Pools SwimCross Exercise System features five air-free swim jets and exercise opportunities, with rowing and resistance exercise. This series is best for those who are looking to exercise, as well as relax. The X-Series is designed to make it easier for swimmers to stay centered and afloat, due to the jet configuration. The top jets provide resistance, while the bottom jets provide lift. The X-Series also offers comfortable jetted seats with hydrotherapy benefits. The X-Series comes in sizes including 12, 15 and 20 feet long. Pricing starts in the in the mid-$20,000 range.

The Endless Pools R-Series (RecSport)

The RecSport Recreational System by Endless Pools offers a high-quality swim spa at an affordable price. This series is best for those looking for leisure or even a really big hot tub. This value-line swim spas features three airless swim jets, seating for the family, hydromassage jets, and ample room for recreation. The RecSport is 12 feet long. It starts under $20,000, including delivery.

Construction

The E-Series and X-Series of Endless Pools come with proprietary Steel-Frame Construction, to support the height, weight and water volume inside those Endless Pools. The cabinet’s design is sleek and stylish, because form is just as important as function.

While steel-frame construction makes sense for those two swim spa series, we feel Wood-Frame Construction for the R-Series and hot tubs is more economical and doesn’t reduce the lifespan of those products. Steel Frames on Hot Tubs would be cost prohibitive, without enhancing the product. Our hot tubs last decades and offer the best price and value.

Conclusion

Other swim spa brands may even use the term “EP” in their product description, to give the appearance that they are associated with Endless Pools. Don’t be fooled! There is only one Endless Pools and all of their products will be clearly marked.

Buying a hot tub is a big decision and today it’s easier to be more informed than ever. Don’t fall for common spa myths perpetrated by other hot tub dealers.

Here are some of the most common spa buying myths we’ve heard from customers who have visited other spa dealers.

Myth #1: All Spas are the same.

We, at The Spa and Sauna Company, know all spas are NOT the same. That’s why we carry several high-quality brands at different showrooms, simply because different people have different needs that can be met by different brands. While our entry level spas are a great value for the price, they aren’t the same as our premium models.

Myth # 2: We’ll beat any price.

Some dealers of other hot tub brands will offer a direct competing quote, but spas vary in quality. Dealerships vary in customer experience, too.

At The Spa and Sauna Company, our team includes trained sales professionals, delivery teams, and factory-certified service technicians to help you enjoy every phase of your spa ownership experience.

For that reason, it is impossible to go in for a quote from The Spa and Sauna Company on a specific hot tub and then get a comparable quote on the exact same spa from another dealer down the road. There just isn’t another dealer that can offer the same product, with the same team with the same level of experience.

We also recommend that you take the location of your spa dealer into consideration when you make a purchasing decision. In order to obtain the best service, you might want to select a dealer that is closest to you, while also making sure they provide top-notch customer service.

Myth #3: Spas don’t require any chemicals or maintenance.

Myth #4: A new spa manufacturer/dealer makes and sells the best spas.

We say this myth raises the Red Flag Alert! All of the hot tub brands we carry have a long history, of  several decades! If you go to a spa dealership that is offering a brand-new spa line, it’s quite possible that the issues with these spas haven’t been discovered yet and the service that may be needed in the future won’t be available. Dealers and spa manufacturers with a short history tend not to stick around for the long haul.

Should you use your hot tub in the winter or winterize it? Well, the answer depends on where your hot tub is located.

If you are frequently near your hot tub, we recommend using it! Hot tubs are very enjoyable in the winter, and all other seasons.

However, if your hot tub is at a vacation house that you don’t get to often in the winter, or if you expect to be away from your home spa for several weeks during the winter, we recommend winterizing your hot tub.

How do I winterize my hot tub?

Winterizing your hot tub can get complicated. We recommend consulting your specific Hot Tub’s Owner’s Manual for complete directions, should you choose to winterize your hot tub yourself. However, there are some steps involved that require tools that might not be in the average person’s  toolkit.

Using your hot tub in the winter

Now, if you plan to use your hot tub in the winter, and we hope you do, there are a few extra things to be aware of that you wouldn’t have to consider in warmer months.

Opening your hot tub in the winter

Before you open your hot tub cover, you want to make sure to remove any snow or ice on it, so snow and ice doesn’t fall into the hot tub or freeze on the cover.

Sitting in your hot tub in the winter

Keep your hot tub at its normal operating temperature. Be sure to limit your winter hot tub time to 15  minutes because it’s more difficult for your body to regulate its temperature when you are sitting in hot water with your shoulders and head exposed. Consider wearing a hat, to help you regulate your temperature better. Enjoy that soak!

Getting out of your hot tub in the winter

You will be cold after stepping out of a warm hot tub and into cold winter air. Be prepared and bring a towel or warm bathrobe that you can put on upon getting out of the hot tub. You might want to consider a spa side towel tree, which is available for purchase at The Spa and Sauna Company.

Also, be mindful of any snow or ice on the ground outside, you don’t want to slip. Flip-flops or slippers are a good idea. So is keeping a nice, clear path to your hot tub, so you can enjoy a soak any time.

The Spa and Sauna Company includes local delivery with the sale of our hot tubs. These deliveries are provided by a team of trained hot tub delivery experts, who are all team members at The Spa and Sauna Company.

“We want to control the whole experience from beginning to end,” said Spa and Sauna Company Operations Manager Joe Lake. “That way we know they’re happy with their sale, as well as delivery.”

Hot Tub Delivery

Some other area spa dealers include spa delivery in the sale price, but others don’t. Some provide local delivery only in the Reno/Sparks area. Others have a base charge of about $200, that increases based on the difficulty of the delivery.

So how much is a hot tub delivery worth? The Spa and Sauna Company values local delivery at several hundred dollars. That’s a great value to be included when you purchase a hot tub from The Spa and Sauna Company. Our trained professionals will bring the hot tub directly into your backyard and place it precisely where you want it.

The only exception is when a crane or other machinery is needed. And in that case, we can provide referrals to crane vendors we have worked with in the past. If you need a crane, you would pay the vendor directly, just like your electrician. While crane delivery is rare in the Reno/Sparks/Tahoe area, it is sometimes necessary when the spa will be on a hillside or a second or third story deck.

Pool Table and Shuffleboard Delivery

While we do use subcontractors to deliver and assemble the pool tables and shuffleboards we sell, the subcontractors we work with have over 15 years of experience and have worked with The Spa and Sauna Company for years.

How much is a pool table or shuffleboard delivery worth? Again, we value it at several hundred dollars.
